Onion Sportsdome - While some already seem to watch SportsCenter to parody themselves, Comedy Central tonight (10:30 EST) debuted onion SportsDome,”a series of 10 episodes in reports on the NHL, Gary Bettman seems to have been kidnapped by NHL players – hijacked a great video! – And the anchors dutifully recapping Major League Soccer highlights, but spending about 15 seconds on the economic past four seasons. Real-life ESPN anchor may want to adjust for slogans they had not thought of.

Also tonight, the documentary terrible Hood to Coast will debut in about 360 theaters nationally to a one-night only event follows the riders in a race together in a spectacular mountain landscape of Oregon the ocean that could make you weep for the country you stupidly left as enchanting young wanderers and are now left pitifully nostalgia.

Back in September a team of Comedy Central’s “The Onion” has been spotted in the building of the Nassau County Legislature filming an episode for a new television series. The segment being shot was for the program “The Dome Sports onion,” a takeoff of ESPN’s Sports Center, and focused on the free movement of St. Louis Cardinals first baseman agency Albert Pujols and the city all they could do to restrain him.

This segment is set to air tonight at 10:30 EST on Comedy Central and the eagle-eyed viewers may be able to catch pieces of the County Legislature, who was in the city hall for St. Louis. Brief Interviews with actors portraying St. Louis residents were also filmed around Mineola and appear in the segment.
